Joyous day, I'm going home tomorrow! HOME! Normally, I would be saddened by this. After experiencing the joy of life, the wonder of freedom from the rents and everything they represent, why would I be looking forward to being home? Let us count the reasons.
1. Food. My grandma is one of the great culinary geniuses of this earth, and is the center of every thanksgiving meal.
2. My stuff, back home, which I need to retreive. this mostly includes computer stuff, burned CD's of bootleg software and movies, including The Matrix, Dusk Till Dawn, and the highly coveted "Sexy Nurses II" Please ignore if you didn't want to know that.
3. People. To a small extent, my immediate family, to a slightly larger extent, my grandma (abovementioned genius) and uncle nick, the great role model who taught me armpit music and how to achieve maximum volume burping. Truly a hero of our time. Mainly this includes close friends, Billy, Jerome, Amber, possibly tani. Most important of all is
5. Marissa! I don't think I've gone like 3 days without talking to her since I got to college, she is awesome, wonderful, really cool, and she's picking me up at the airport! JOY! I get to see MARISSA! Also, she will be bringing along, and I will finally get to meet, Kevin (kevspace.arizona.edu), one of the only people I know who truly understands the significance of excitebike as a game and a... er... game. If only I was actually in possession.
Maybe someone at u of a will have it, I'll check around. It's weird that I've read the guys diary, with his knowledge, and never actually met him, but in a lot of ways I feel like I already know him. I'll just be attaching a face to a brain. I get to see Marissa!
Other news, The annoying girl two doors down left this afternoon, I only wish I was around to enjoy her absence a little more. You'll understand when you're in college. I'm tempted to analyze my last entry, the analyzation of the "riding into battle" ramble. But then I'd just analyze this one, starting an infinite loop which would never fully be extinguished. In programming class, we call that recursion! What a stupid, awful process recursion is, I hate learning useless programming techniques. I'm teaching myself a seperate language, C, just so I have something to entertain myself while I'm learning (painfully slowly) the finer points of Java. Today I helped coral with her essay, and she gave me a really big, really sweet hug, which just about made my week. Chicken fingers taste good, and yes world, it IS possible to go an entire day powered by two bowls of cocoa puffs. Chocolate balls of goodness... HEY! Getho mind outta the guttah, boy! *Smax you upside the head* Whoa, I don't know where I'm goin here, but I think I'm entering "weird-ass" airspace. Pull up! PULL UPP!
*crash*
