Home. In terms of computing power, all I brought home was this laptop, which means no gaming for the summer. Whatever, hardly even care, really. I think it's better this way, it'll give me less of a chance to avoid what I need to immerse myself in.

One laptop, sitting on a desk, barren save a USB hub and a laughing buddha statue. And a charging cellphone.

Yesterday... Unpacked. Billy found me. Then we found dave. Animatrix was cool. Last night was cool. "The moment" hit me outside a liquor store while David was picking up beer. "Holy shit," I muttered... "I'm in Santa Barbara." Billy looked back at me and laughed. Holy shit, man. I was in Santa Barbara.

Later, The playground. It was the first time it had been just the 3 of us, just the jungle gym boys. Hard to describe, epic in sort of a casual way. Everything I'd always secretly gleed for.
